Erasto Jacinto brings his insatiable talent to the beautiful Napa Valley. Born and raised in Oaxaca, Mexico, Erasto is the third of seven children. At a young age, Erasto’s grandmother gave him his earliest culinary training, which included utilizing the freshest ingredients to make great tasting meals.
Erasto’s philosophy is to consistently deliver high quality food and to put his heart into new recipes. Erasto loves to use the fresh produce from Napkins Bar and Grill's garden. It reminds him of his childhood and watching his grandmother select the proper ingredients for her meals.
Chef Jacinto has co-authored a cookbook, Big, Small Plates, and has traveled extensively in order to compete in numerous culinary competitions and events. Whether it was cooking at the James Beard House in New York or winning local chili cook offs, Erasto has been motivated primarily by the drive to become a well-rounded chef.
